These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Tutorii ("Tutorii", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website tutorii.com and the application at app.tutorii.com (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, subscribing, accessing any course, sharing a referral link, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Tutorii is a paid online learning membership. Members get access to short practical courses about life, work, and money in the UAE, an AI assistant, and a referral programme that pays commissions when people they refer hold an active paid membership. Tutorii is an education and referral platform. It is not an employer, a recruitment agency, an investment scheme, a financial advisor, or a legal advisor, and nothing on the Platform creates an employment, agency, partnership, or franchise relationship between you and us.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Platform. By using the Platform you confirm that this is true. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the Platform, including participation in the referral programme, is lawful in the place where you live. The Platform is intended for people living in the United Arab Emirates; you may subscribe from elsewhere, but payout of commissions requires a UAE bank account as set out in Section 9. We may refuse, suspend, or close any account at our sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice.
You agree to give accurate, current, and complete information when you register and to keep it updated. You are limited to one account per person. You are fully responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your password secure. We are not liable for any loss caused by unauthorised use of your account. We may reclaim, merge, or close duplicate accounts and void any commissions connected to them.
The Tutorii membership costs AED 95 per month, charged in advance through our payment provider, MamoPay. Your membership renews automatically every month until you cancel. You authorise us and our payment provider to charge your chosen payment method each billing period. If a charge fails, we may retry it and we may suspend or limit your access, including your ability to earn commissions, until payment is received. Prices may change; we will give notice of price changes by posting them on the Platform, and continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the new price.
All payments are final and non-refundable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including partially used billing periods, unused courses, dissatisfaction with content, downtime, changes to the course library, changes to the referral programme, account suspension or termination for breach of these Terms, your inability to receive payouts because you do not hold a UAE bank account, or your failure to cancel before a renewal date. If you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges are made.
You can cancel at any time from the Settings page in the app. Cancelling stops future charges. It does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. When your membership lapses, you lose access to courses and you stop earning commissions, but your course progress and your referral connections are retained, and both resume if you re-subscribe.
All Platform content, including courses, lessons, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the content for your own personal learning while your membership is active. You may not copy, record, resell, redistribute, publish, or share any content or your account access with anyone else. Course content is general educational information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, immigration, or professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Always seek advice from a qualified professional for your specific situation. We may add, change, or remove content at any time without notice and without liability.
Every member gets a personal referral link. When a person signs up through your link and holds an active paid membership, they become your direct referral, and people they refer become your indirect referrals. The current rates are AED 38.00 per month for each active direct referral and AED 4.75 per month for each active indirect referral. Commissions accrue only while both you and the referred member have active paid memberships, and only for payments that are actually received and not reversed. Free or complimentary accounts do not generate commissions for their referrer unless we say otherwise in writing.
Accrued commissions become available for payout once they reach the minimum of AED 50.00. Payouts are made by bank transfer through MamoPay, normally processed on Tuesdays, to the bank account details you provide in Settings.
Payouts are made only to bank accounts held in the United Arab Emirates with a valid UAE IBAN. We do not make payouts to bank accounts outside the UAE and we do not make international or foreign-currency transfers of any kind. If you do not hold a UAE bank account, you will not be able to receive payouts; accrued commissions simply remain credited to your account until you provide valid UAE payout details, and your inability to receive payouts does not entitle you to any refund of membership fees.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your payout details; we are not liable for transfers sent to details you entered incorrectly. We may withhold, delay, or reverse payouts where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms, a chargeback, or where required by law, and we may deduct from future commissions any amount that was paid out on a membership payment that is later reversed or charged back. Commissions and payouts may be subject to identity verification. Unclaimed or unpayable balances on accounts closed for breach are forfeited.
Tutorii makes no promise, guarantee, or projection of any income whatsoever. Any figures shown on the Platform, including projected income calculators, are illustrations based on your current network at current rates and are not a promise of future earnings. Most members may earn little or nothing from referrals. Your results depend entirely on your own efforts and on other people's independent decisions to subscribe and remain subscribed. You should not subscribe in expectation of profit; the membership fee pays for access to the courses and the Platform.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to access it by any automated means, probing or breaching its security, uploading malicious code, harvesting data about other members, harassing anyone, or using the Platform for anything unlawful. We may investigate and take any action we consider appropriate, including suspension, termination, voiding of commissions, and reporting to authorities.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, abused the referral programme, initiated an unwarranted chargeback, or created risk or legal exposure for us. On termination for breach, your licence to the content ends immediately, accrued but unpaid commissions are forfeited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and no refund is due. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
Payments and payouts are processed by MamoPay and banks that are independent from us. Their services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, or outages. The Platform may link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for.
The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost income, lost data, or loss of goodwill, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages; and (b) our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms is limited to the total membership fees you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tutorii and its owners, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected to your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, your participation in the referral programme, or any statement you make to others about Tutorii.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept them. If you do not accept a change, your sole remedy is to cancel your membership.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You agree that any claim must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to it, after which it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Platform. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours. Notices to you may be given by email to the address on your account or by posting on the Platform.
